I would like to run this competition again, but am not a fan of back to back competitions, preferring a bit a rest in between.

As such, I suggest it starts again in March 2014, which should give some good weather/light nights in which to have a go.

The next question is, should a restriction be placed on the type of pistol being used? Spring only, etc?

Kind regards,

Phil

Would love to play again in March. The suggestion of a restriction is interesting but where do you draw the lines and how many competitors does this leave in each category? I've got a FAS 604 and a Webley Tempest that I could set up in .177, although it shoots really sweetly in .22!
My .177 kicking Webley against FWB XX recoil-less, hmmmm, OK bring it on. :D

Do we get a discount for more categories entered?

Cheers, and thanks once again for running the comp.

I would be interested in any type of powered pistol, just give me a bit of warning so I can get used to the pistol I will have to use, and i agree with micken if there are going to be a number of classes a discount would be nice if you enter more than one,

Jim, you are telling Porkies now.

Don't listen to him Phil, he doesn't need to get used to any type of Pistol. He has EVERY type of Pistol!

LMAO :D

As my mrs says why do you need some many guns you can only shoot one at a time! I had a go of a hw45 in the garden at the weekend and couldn't hit the shed never mind a target, I will give you a call sometime this week graham and try and get up and drop the pistols off.

Firstly. Thank you Phil for running this and putting up with all the nonsense the competitors put on you - Myself very much included in this!
I am quite pleased with my results really and I will just have to try harder next season, can't let Ian or John G have all the glory now can we? Ian will be his usual insufferable self tonight I am sure!

Seriously though, this is a great comp and next season I will be using my LPM1 so lookout!

Im sure I dont know what you mean. :liar:

Good competition and thank you Phil for all the time and effort you put into I. Im sure John G would have scored better if he had got down from his horse and yes, before all you clever dicks point out 'You dont get down from a horse. You get down from a duck!' :shifty: I know. :D
How much is it going to cost me for the winning trophy?

AH HA! The "winning trophy", hijacked by Bob last Tuesday due to your Non-attendance at the club.
I think there is a ransom
