A Barthelmes FB Record LP77 in .177

Image

I have seen many pictures of this over the years, but never got to see one in the flesh.

The company was founded in 1948 by Fritz Barthelmes, co-designer of the P38.

The guns were distributed in England by John Rothery and Co. Ltd.

Quite a futuristic gun for it's age, a bit Star Wars, and one I've always been after.

Kind regards,

Phil

This is quite an older model, but I was recently informed that they are still in production.

Not a gun of any performance, but a look that deviates from the norm.

Kind regards,

Phil

I saw them as far back as the mid 1970s.

Ithought this was late 870s/early 80s, but I am not so sure since I was told they were still in production.

Kind regards,

Phil
