Re: A couple more oldies..
G10 rubbish, how very dare you
I find these pistols quite quirky and have a few examples, links >here< and >here<.
I also picked up a fair condition Diana Model 2 recently, and it is one of the guns that always makes me smile.
Kind regards,
Phil

Re: A couple more oldies..
To any one who knows my gun preferences, Shock, Horror, I love that model 2!!!!
Ok I suffer from nostalgia just like any one else, I had a model 2 as a kid and shot pellets and darts, I'd love to get a mint Diana version again!
Off to the target cave now to try and get back to normality after having been led astray by you lot!

Re: A couple more oldies..
Love the Walther, the mk4 was my first pistol we were bought up with rifles plenty of them on the farm, the mk4 is the best I have seen really great. However for me g10's & gat types belong in the Chinese melting Pot. M
WALTHER LP3],Etc[/b], G0JVB ex G6MUI.
Re: A couple more oldies..
I.J. had a very decent boxed model 2 which he sold on the BBS rather than give first dibs to club members.
In all fairness, he didn't realise we would be interested, that's why we didn't drive and abandon him that far from his house!
Kind regards,
Phil

Re: A couple more oldies..
Being a Walther-phile I have to agree , I bought my LP53 new as a centre fire trainer, it had more recoil than my Toz36 7.62 revolver! But I've still got it. But I just got overcome with nostalgia for the model 2 Diana, remembering hours shooting darts with it, perhaps a stiff drink will cure me!zunmik wrote:Love the Walther, the mk4 was my first pistol we were bought up with rifles plenty of them on the farm, the mk4 is the best I have seen really great.
