Advice re bell-target
Hoping to start bell target rifle soon, and i am looking for advice for a "light" classic air rifle i have to have a light rifle due to medical reasons, but rather than just buy an AA S200 (target version) i would like to use a classic, but don't know any which are light, and do not have an agricultural

My first thought for a classic would be a Feinwerkbau S300, but these are a heavy gun.
Back in the late 70s, Webley did a target version of the Osprey, a classic again, but still heavy.
Solway have custom bell target rifles in, but these are PCP.
An Air Arms S200 is such a compact and versatile rifle, it should suit you for many things over and above just bell target.
Kind regards,
Phil

Another thought might be the "new" Webley Rebel.
It's a reissue of the Sharp Innova, which I have seen diopter sights on.
For bell target distances, 1 to 2 pumps max should be fine.
Reviews are in this months Airgun Shooter, and Airgunner.
You should be able to pick this up new for around £100
Kind regards,
Phil

Bell target rifle
Just bought a Slavia 631 lux .177, they are light, low recoil, nice trigger, & with a barrel lock. I wanted a springer in the spirit of this old style comp.
Also a few years ago i won some spring target comps with one of these rifles, M.

Hope it serves you well. Any chance you can keep us up to date with your progress? I would love to compete in Bell Target, had a go at the Newark Show earlier this year. What club are you shooting this at?

Seems big in the Birmingham area, and more interesting than darts.
I have some steel plate, so I might knock one up to have a go.
The Webley Rebel does seem perfect for this, and a good excuse to justify one.
Kind regards,
Phil
