Hi all
I bought these two Beesas a couple of weeks ago
Mk1 BSA Meteor with a very early serial, .177 nickel plated..
1923 BSA Standard..
The meteor shoots fine but needs a rearsight, The Standard needs a trigger guard, the front sight making up with weld and a service as power is down
The nickel is worn but then it is 55 years old!!
Also bought an Air Arms SE90, a beautiful rifle from the August vintage airgun fayre at Melbourne, I also won a little rifle new in the box called a Trigon with a rather nice multi coloured laminate stock for the princely sum of a quid!!
Oh, I almost forgot to say, I found an old Weblet 3-7x20 scope that I fitted to the Meteor, had to make a clamp for it as one was missing!!
