This last couple of months I have been restoring a couple of W W Greener rifles for a well known collector. When he purchased one of the rifles, the stock had been sent out by the owner for "restoration". I was totally astounded by the absolute abortion presented to me (AND the owner was required to pay before the stock was sent back to him) but it has ended well and the new owner is pleased with the result. This is NOT the result - this is where I started:
