Some Pellet Tins

Managed to pick up a few examples recently, some full, some empty:-
The only one I haven't previously heard of is the Champion Powershot:-
Not sure if this was made in Merseyside, or whether it was made in Europe and simply rebranded.
I have quite a few in total, and will need to get photographing.
I also have quite a collection up in the loft at my mums house, which I need to get around to searching for.
Kind regards,
Phil

Just out of interest is there a name for collectors of airgun pellet packaging?
I mean a proper name, like philatelist for a stamp collector, and not something unsavoury.

I think some would say the names is "sad" :D
I quite like tins and boxes, very interesting subject.
That's a very impressive collection there.
I do like some of the earlier boxes like the Cat Slugs, etc.
Kind regards,
Phil

It could be argued that all collectors are sad but it is obviously not true. The only collectors that I would call sad are the people with an obsessive disorder. A lot of obsessives call themselves collectors to cover their real problem which is an paranoid aversion to getting rid of things.
I not a collector but I enjoy looking a collections
If I come across any unusual tins I'll let you know.

Very kind of you.
I admire collections on a theme, as I feel they are keeping history alive.
Not sure what it is about airguns, but I've been interested for as long as I can remember.
Just done a check for collective nouns, and I can't find one for airguns or pellet tins.
We shall have to invent one.
Kind regards,
Phil
