This is a terriffic site for a novice like myself.

Hello Bill,
And welcome to the forum.
There are many of us who dislike the modern mass produced CO2 replica pistols, and are trying to preserve the more traditional and somewhat classic pistol.
Feinwerkbau make excellent pistols, and their models 65 and 80 are much sought after amongst the classicists.
Kind regards,
Phil

I might add that for an old springer ( the pistol not me ) it's doing rather well against all modern ones at the club and I am at present tying for the lead in our 1st competition with 2 shoots still to complete. The old girl is definitely feeling the strain though ,hence my questions on servicing.pmh:533 wrote:Hello Bill,

There is a thread about this on the BBS if your club would be interested in taking part, or you could pm zooma for details.
Kind regards,
Phil
Since starting our tuesday night pistol shoots we have provoked interest from many other clubs in our hft league and are in the midst of setting up what will be a scottish league. mighty oaks from little acorns indeed.

Thanks Plinkit , pistol nights have a steady attendance and terrific craic. The standard of shooting has progressed at great speed and the low scores now would be winning scores in our 1st week of competition.Have contacted Dave Mercer to see if he can breathe new life into my tiring p80.
