wishlists : pistols we are looking for or aspire to own

Had a thought today that we could do with a sticky topic listing pistols that we are on the lookout for or aspire to own at some point. I did see a 2013 specific post in the archives but thought we could do with something more general. Just in case someone sees something for sale somewhere that might not be their own cup of tea, but could be a pistol someone else has been chasing for years!!

my current list: (skint right now. But some day)

Crosman skanaker (don't know why but i love the looks of this pistol)
walther lpm1(my fav looking muscle power pistol)

please list your own wishlists!

I was quite lucky to have either had a go with, or picked up, my dream pistols.

The one I wanted the most was an Original Model 10, which I picked up last year.

If I had to choose two original in box pistols, they would be:-

Webley Hurricane (the one in the red one box)
BSA Scorpion

Both in .177 of course.

Kind regards,

Phil

An excellent pistol, which I do prefer to the model 6M for looks.

I got mine cheap, as it needed re-sealing, which I got done by the legendary Lawrie Armatruda.

There a quite a few around, but you really do need to get verification that the seals are in good order or have recently been swapped.

Kind regards,

Phil

There are already a few pistols in the cupboard but two which have been on the wish list for a long time were the Walther LP3 Match & the FWB 65/80/90 series.

A Walther LP3 arrived a couple of weeks ago whilst a FWB 80 is on the way so that's two of the largest boxes ticked.

Following those I'd like to try a Walther LPM-1 & a FWB 100/103.

Other than the above it's down to models related to what I already have such as a FWB 65 or a Walther CP2 or 3.

Regards
Russell

Nice thread this, I think we will get some very interesting posts as people bare their soles rather than their bank balances; I have to admit I have been very lucky in my ownership of wishlist pistols, but I still have a hankering for a FWB 103; also if a lottery win happened I would like one of the Tesro's, or one of the light weight PCP's around at the moment. I am not a "serious" pistoleer but I do have fun shooting one, even if I will never make a really good shot. bellringer

I wonder why FWB dont just start making 103's again? Even limited runs would sell like hot cakes.

I didn't know Relum did a target pistol!?

If I spot one I'll certainly pick it up for you, I usually have some small change in the car's ashtray.

The Feinwerkbau 103 is an extremely hideous looking gun, in my opinion, resembling an industrial stapler or nail gun. That said, they are a dream to shoot and capable of achieving very high scores.

As they are becoming increasingly rare, the price is creeping up.

Kind regards,

Phil

I have a Chetra Tractor parts list and recognise most of that gun as coming from the rear axle and gearbox linkage assembly. :character-spongebobdance:

Strange you should say that Phil because I used to own several Chetra Tractors but I sold them all!

So now I am an ex tractor fan.

....... and strangely enough, several F.E.Gs, with a slightly farmy aroma, came into to the open market.

A coincidence?
