Never heard of a LP20 but there is a LP201 which fits your description somewhat.
A search on the 201 brings up lots of info.

I am doubtfull about 5 ring scoring & 6 yds with a rifle allowing line breaks to score 5 is out side bell target norm's & at 6 yds most shots would be clustered here so it might be diffacult to separate a winner, M. I was going to leave the detail to debate and consensus of opinion. As many will not doubt use their Bell Target Rifle , it would be wise to keep the distance at 6 yards, as this will be the distance they are sighted in at. I voted for the verified but not witnessed option. I believe like M that different people interperet things very differently. It should only be used in a comp that is considered 'serious' though.
