Re: Brocock Tandem Air Cartridge Revolvers

The subject of TAC's comes up every now and then on most forums - often with pictures of the various models that used to be available. Whenever I read them I feel so depressed about what we let our politicians do to us in this country

Re: Original Model 5

I agree - these are great pistols

My very first pistol was a Mod 5, bought new from Bagnall & Kirkwood in Newcastle around 1969/1970. Sadly no more due to house fire in 1985 but remembered with fondness

Re: Season 2 - Round 1

Shot mine an hour ago using the LP53 Crikey that was tough! Resting the barrel on the rest the POI is much higher then free standing. After spending hours adjusting my sights for the latter I was reluctant to adjust for rested so had to aim well below the target. I was amazed when I managed to hit t...

Re: Late model LP53

Indeed Phil The recoil is more vertical than horizontal - I can see what they were trying to do as regards simulated live fire in relation to muzzle flip - though hardly at .22! I have had no problems with my fragile wrist joint at all despite the recoil from this, probably helped by the relatively ...

Re: Late model LP53

Thank you sir!

Fiendishly difficult to shoot from a bench rest so will definitely be using it for this!

Re: Late model LP53

Still fine tuning the sights and getting 'synchronised' with this particular pistol. Even at this early stage I am pleased with results at 6 yards. This is 15 rounds earlier this afternoon. Probably not that impressive to some but good for me! I find the recoil generated by the LP53 doesnt upset my ...

Late model LP53

Due to a mini financial crisis I had to sell my mint 1961 boxed LP53 at the beginning of the year which was a bit of a blow - however, over the past few months things have been looking up and I have been in a position to start looking around for another one I saw that Mark D who mainly frequents the...

Re: EGun.de

I have bought from there a number of times Once I had managed to figure out the system and contact the buyer via the eGun system I found it best to switch to a direct email discussion. The sellers I dealt with all spoke perfect English so from that point it was all very straightforward. Im not sure ...

Re: Walther LP53

As I am now returning to the world of LP53 ownership can I register my interest in one of those new rear sight bases please?

Thanks
