Chambers are very good for this sort of thing, and a link to the very page, on their website, is here.

Re: what should i do first
New piston and breach seals are probably the best starting point. You can examine the spring when removing the piston washer. If it is accidentally cocked, just pull the barrel as far back as possible, squeeze the trigger, then let slowly back to closed. This is the only way to uncock. Failing that,...

Excellent work.
You can't help but wonder how many classic and collectable guns have simply been thrown away.
Kind regards,
Phil

Re: BAA
I have been shooting my LGR in the club rested competition, but am finding loading a chore.
It is a lovely rifle, but very tiring to shoot. I need to find a light, compact, PCP. The Air Arms S200T seems the obvious, but the trigger is very disappointing.
Kind regards,
Phil

Re: Coin collector boxes for air pistol storage.
Excellent idea there Leonard, bordering on genius.
I do like the copy label stuck on top. You could well imagine that the original box was very similar.
Kind regards,
Phil

Re: New Competition
While I own several rifles, the only one suitable for such a competition is my Walther LGR. I've always liked this rifle, as it has what I would consider the traditional target rifle shape. I have been getting lazy in my old age, and do prefer PCP, but I needed to shoot my handicap cards, so it came...

Re: New Competition
...... and we're off. First set of targets was sit tonight, by a few shooters. It was also good to see a variety of handicaps, which will hopefully give everybody a good chance. I'll scan some rifle targets, tomorrow, and post them with the rules. This should give anybody not wishing to go to the ex...

Hello,
And welcome to the forum.
Interesting find. I am surprised there aren't more copies of them, particularly as we seem to be going through a nostalgia period of retro reproduction.
Kind regards,
Phil

Re: New Competition
Rules now posted as an announcement.
We'd be happy for people to enter this at 6 yards, using the same rules and target. However, to give everybody a fair chance, we'll run separate categories If there is enough interest.
Kind regards,
Phil

Re: Hey there! From Hamilton Ontario Canada
Hello Stan,
And welcome to the forum.
There is quite a lot of information, which has built up over the years, by some very prominent air gunners, so lots to read.
A must for any collector,to me anyway,it's the Original Model 10.
Kind regards,
Phil
