The magazine was first produced by a member of the BBS forum initially as a one issue publication. It was so well received that he was cajoled into publishing a further two issues.

Unfortunately, the work load became a bit too onerous and he was no longer able to commit to any further editions.

A shame because as you say, there is definitely a niche in the market for something similar maybe published quarterly.
