Not sure of the cocking/loading process though.

To cock the body swings away from the grip moving the piston back. The barrel runs through the middle of the piston. The pellet is loaded right at the end by dropping it into a port which is opened by turning the knurled section just behind the rear sight. Quicker to do than describe. The kind of innovation that the Americans excelled in re air pistols.
