Feinwerkbau P44
Well, after much consideration, my Target Pistol fund has now been emptied for a very little used P44.
I am picking it up tomorrow night, and look forward to using it to good effect in future competitions.
Expensive outlay, but I very much doubt I will ever out shoot this pistol, so it will be with me for as long as I am around.
Will post pictures when I get an opportunity.
Kind regards,
Phil

I had the regular size and short P44 at one time and found the full sized pistol by far the best and most consistant.
However, my pal that bought the compact P44 from me shoots it really well - so its back to the "horses for courses" again - as always!

I have a new right hand medium size Minelli P44 grip (as fitted to the new 2013 spec P44 pistols) - if anybody would like to update their older P44 pistols, please let me know.
The Minelli grip is a big improvement over the old Morini type that was fitted to the older P44 pistols, and has less of the "free pistol" feel to it and suites more people...........and still retains the full adjustability the P44 frame offers.

Sounds like a reasonable and well weighted observation...........pmh:2721 wrote:My good lady said "is that it, it looks like a piece of old pipe you can get anywhere".

Re: Feinwerkbau P44
Had a go with it tonight, and was very impressed.
I need to make a few adjustments, but only minor tweaks.
Kind regards,
Phil

Re: Feinwerkbau P44
They are, indeed, good looking pistols.
They are also deceptively light for their size, and this is usually the first comment when people pick it up.
I also recently managed a 5 Shot group just over the size of a penny. Now I just jeered to be able to do this every time!
Kind regards,
Phil
