Relum Hurricane

Post by Pavarotti » Sat Dec 21, 2013 7:44 am

Hi

I have a Relum Hurricane. Bit of a golden oldie. It has a chunky wooden grip, pellets go in a flip out type breech and it has an underlever action. It also has a thick wire stock that attaches to the gun and is a 0.22.
Cannot see any serial numbers on it.

I'd put up a picture if i knew how. Anyway does anyone recognise it from my description? I'd like to know a bit of history if possible.

Thanks

Picks would be good, as I don't recall ever seeing one.

If you store pictures online you can use the img command:-

""

Ignore the ""

Or you can use the "Upload Attachment" option which appears at the bottom of the text composition/edit box on posts.

Kind regards,

pmh, hi from bellringer. I have a Relum Pistol that I am currently servicing for a friend. I have found almost no info on it other than what is on my thread on the forum. I have several questions that can only be solved by direct comparison with another pistol, so can you contact me via direct e mail please as the forum is probably not the best media to use until we get some answers then all can be shared on here. Contact me via [email protected] if you would please and we can swap info. Hope to hear from you soon. Regards bellringer

E-mail sent, but I know nothing about them.

I.J should be able to assist, and I am sure he wouldn't mind you sending him a pm.

Kind regards,

I agree - IJ is without doubt the leading UK authority on anything to do with Relum air rifles and pistols. :ugeek:

Give him an email with any question about them that you would like answered as he loves nothing better than to talk endlessly about them and to share his extensive knowledge with anyone that has enough time to listen.
Feinwerkbau P40 Tricolour wanted.........still !
