Small 100 pellet size round tins' wanted.

Post by zooma » Mon Aug 12, 2013 11:16 pm

I have an LP 53 that has a tailored round cut-out to take a small tin of 100 pellets.

I have seen examples of these small round tins for RWS Meisterkugeln and for H&N pellets - and both would fit.

An empty tin would be perfect - I can keep the spare sight elements safely inside it !

Does anybody have one of these small sized tins that they can sell or swap so I can fill all the spaces in my Walther LP53 case please?

If you visit junk shops the little brass ladies compacts fit perfectly and look posh.
Tokalon is one of the makes.
Useful mirror to check makeup too!
Not for purists tho.

Also on EBay.
Search Tokalon
Make sure it's the little one.
Usually under £5.
They were made in the sixties too!

That could be worth a try - and a lot more convenient than popping over to New Zealand to take a poke around in your best junk shops ( but nothing like as enjoyable!)

That's a disappointment - I had my passport out and was checking the air fares!

Not to worry - Dorset is nice and close to my own west country roots - and much easier to get to!
