Hi everyone, I posted last night in the air pistols section and just thought I'd make a more general introduction before going shooting for the day. I have been back into shooting for just over a year and shoot air pistols, air rifles and rimfire. Hope to be able to make some useful contributions at some point.
Cheers, Mick.
Hi from Leeds
Hello Mick,
And welcome to the forum.
I think we have all drifted away from shooting over the years, but have come back in the end.
I think one reason for some of the competition shooters is that they take too much on and it becomes a bit of a chore.
I know I need to review the ones I take part in.
Kind regards,
Phil

Yes, I think there is a large element of truth in that and like you I will be reviewing my Competition participation this month. As most of my shooting, and my sights, are set for ten metres I will most likely concentrate on that. It isn't a hardship to take a few practice shots to remember where thesights are but I do like to just get right in there.
