Hi,
I had a similar issue with my 100 when I first got it.
best to strip it down and clean out all the 30 year old grease which can gum up the mechanism.
Also good idea to fit new seals:

I used this strip guide, really easy to do :

Very satisfying to have it all as it would have been new, they’re not cheap so worth the effort.

Enjoy!

Cheers,
Matt.

thank you
i ordered a seal set. hope it will fix the problem.

I seem to remember I had an issue with a seized bolt or something when I stripped mine.
I just left the pistol on a radiator for a few hours to warm up and the expansion of the aluminium unseized the bolt. Glad I didn’t try to force it. Other than that very straight forward.

Let us know how you get on.

Matt.

Patience is the magic ingredient with these things, as Matt says, leaving things to soak to loosen up is the way forward. A good clean and re-lube is always beneficial.

replaced the valve seal (1750.214.1 and 1750.215.1) and now it works ok.
had a bit of trouble removing the old seal and, at the end, putting the front sight cap back on (i could fit it by hand - had to push it in using the screw).

other than that.. all went fine.

All Feinwerkbau's are quality guns. I have a 300S that shoots beautifully and would be the last gun I would sell.
